Terms & Conditions

The general rules that apply when you use the KeriGo website, submit a delivery request, or use our services.

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that apply when you access the KeriGo website, submit a delivery request, use our services, or otherwise interact with KeriGo.

Welcome to KeriGo

KeriGo provides local delivery, pabili, pickup, drop-off, parcel, document, and selected errand services within supported service areas.

By submitting a service request or otherwise using KeriGo services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable policies or service-specific terms communicated to you.

Important: Submitting a booking form does not automatically mean that a delivery request has been accepted. A request is subject to review, service availability, and confirmation by KeriGo.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the KeriGo website and to delivery, pickup, pabili, parcel, document, errand, and other services that KeriGo may make available.

Certain services may also be subject to additional instructions, quotations, confirmations, or policies communicated before or during a transaction.

2. Eligibility & Authority

You must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to request and enter into the applicable transaction.

If you submit a request on behalf of another individual, business, sender, or recipient, you represent that you are authorized to provide the necessary information and arrange the requested service.

3. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Customers may submit delivery requests using the KeriGo website or another booking channel that KeriGo makes available.

A submitted booking is initially a request for service. It does not by itself guarantee acceptance, rider assignment, pickup, or delivery.

KeriGo may review the route, item, service type, rider availability, merchant status, payment requirements, and other relevant circumstances before confirming the request.

A delivery should be treated as confirmed only after KeriGo communicates acceptance or confirmation of the request.

4. Customer Information & Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably complete for the requested service.

This may include:

  • Correct pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Working customer, sender, recipient, or merchant contact information.
  • Accurate description of the item, purchase, parcel, document, or errand.
  • Relevant pickup, access, delivery, or handling instructions.
  • Disclosure of circumstances that may materially affect the delivery.
  • KeriGo may not be responsible for delays, failed attempts, additional costs, or other issues caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, subject to applicable law.

    5. KeriGo Services

Depending on operational availability, KeriGo may provide services including:

  • Food delivery.
  • Pabili and grocery requests.
  • Document and parcel delivery.
  • Pickup and drop-off services.
  • Selected personal errands.
  • Merchant delivery support and other approved local delivery requests.
  • KeriGo may determine whether a particular request falls within its current operational capability and service coverage.

    6. Delivery Fees & Payment

Delivery fees may vary depending on factors such as route, distance, service type, item requirements, waiting or additional handling, and other circumstances relevant to the requested service.

Applicable charges should be communicated or confirmed as part of the booking process before the customer proceeds where required.

Customers are responsible for paying applicable charges that they have agreed to for the confirmed service, subject to applicable consumer law.

KeriGo does not state a universal fixed delivery rate in these Terms. Pricing may vary according to the actual request and current pricing arrangements.

    7. Pabili & Purchase Requests

For eligible pabili requests, KeriGo or an assigned rider may facilitate the purchase or pickup of requested items on behalf of the customer.

The customer is responsible for clearly identifying the requested product, quantity, preferred variant, merchant, and other information reasonably necessary to complete the purchase.

Actual product prices are generally determined by the merchant or seller and may differ from estimates or previously displayed prices.

Substitutions, unavailable products, price differences, purchase limits, or other material changes should be communicated where reasonably practicable before proceeding.

Purchase cost and delivery/service fees are separate unless KeriGo expressly states otherwise for a particular transaction.

    8. Third-Party Merchants & Sellers

Many KeriGo deliveries involve products prepared, sold, packaged, or supplied by independent merchants or sellers.

Unless KeriGo itself is the seller, product descriptions, preparation, availability, pricing, quality, warranties, and merchant-specific policies are generally matters involving the applicable merchant, subject to rights and responsibilities imposed by law.

KeriGo will nevertheless handle delivery- related concerns within the scope of its role and applicable legal obligations.

    9. Rider Coordination

Confirmed deliveries may be coordinated with an available rider based on location, service requirements, operational capacity, and other relevant factors.

Customers, senders, recipients, and merchants should treat riders respectfully and provide reasonable cooperation necessary to complete an authorized delivery.

Riders are not authorized to independently change KeriGo policies or bind KeriGo to promises, pricing, refunds, guarantees, or arrangements unless KeriGo has authorized them to do so.

    10. Prohibited or Restricted Requests

KeriGo may refuse requests involving items, transactions, or activities that are unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, prohibited, or unsuitable for ordinary delivery.

Restricted requests may include, depending on applicable law and circumstances:

  • Illegal goods or items whose possession, sale, purchase, or transport is prohibited.
  • Dangerous, hazardous, explosive, or improperly packaged materials.
  • Stolen or fraudulently obtained property.
  • Requests intended to facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, or another unlawful activity.
  • Items requiring licenses, prescriptions, permits, specialized handling, or other conditions that have not been satisfied.
  • Items that KeriGo reasonably determines cannot be safely or appropriately transported through the requested service.
  • This list is illustrative and is not intended to be an exhaustive statement of every item regulated or prohibited by Philippine law.

    11. Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact KeriGo as soon as possible if a confirmed request needs to be changed or cancelled.

Whether a requested change can be accommodated may depend on the current stage of the delivery, rider location, whether the item has already been purchased or collected, merchant conditions, and other actual costs already incurred.

Any applicable cancellation, waiting, return, or additional service charge should be handled according to the circumstances, the Delivery Policy, communicated terms, and applicable law.

    12. Service Area & Availability

KeriGo is initially focused on serving Santa Cruz, Laguna and may expand into additional locations as operational capacity, rider availability, and the merchant network grow.

Service availability may vary according to location, time, rider availability, weather, traffic, merchant availability, operational conditions, and the nature of the request.

KeriGo does not guarantee that every submitted request can be accepted.

    13. Third-Party Services

The KeriGo website and operations may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email, maps, payment channels, communication tools, website plugins, and other technology providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. KeriGo is not responsible for independent third-party systems beyond the extent required by applicable law or KeriGo's own obligations.

    14. Privacy & Personal Data

KeriGo processes personal data necessary to receive and manage booking requests, coordinate deliveries, communicate with customers and riders, review applications, respond to inquiries, and perform other legitimate operational purposes.

Additional information about how personal data is collected, used, retained, shared, and protected is available in the KeriGo Privacy Policy.

    15. Website & Intellectual Property

Subject to third-party rights, the KeriGo name, branding, original website content, graphics, designs, and other materials created for KeriGo may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, impersonate, misuse, commercially exploit, or falsely represent KeriGo materials in a manner that violates applicable rights or law.

    16. Service Disclaimer

KeriGo aims to provide reliable local delivery services but actual delivery conditions may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable operational control, including traffic, severe weather, road conditions, merchant delays, inaccurate addresses, recipient availability, communications outages, emergencies, and similar events.

Estimated pickup or delivery times, when provided, are estimates unless KeriGo expressly confirms otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude warranties, remedies, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

    17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KeriGo's responsibility for a claim will be assessed according to its actual role in the transaction, the circumstances of the incident, applicable law, and the rights of the affected customer.

KeriGo will not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, misconduct or breach by another party, undisclosed characteristics of an item, or materially inaccurate customer instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

    18. Responsibility for Your Requests

You are responsible for lawful requests you submit and for information, instructions, items, or materials you provide in connection with the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the service, intentional misconduct, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

    19. Refusal or Suspension of Service

KeriGo may decline, suspend, or discontinue a particular request where reasonably necessary for safety, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, operational impossibility, non-payment of agreed charges, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate reasons.

Any exercise of this right remains subject to applicable consumer protection and other Philippine laws.

    20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and KeriGo transactions are subject to applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law or from bringing a matter before an appropriate government agency, regulator, or court where legally permitted.

    21. Changes to These Terms

KeriGo may update these Terms & Conditions as services, operations, technology, policies, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page together with an updated revision date. Where appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
