To keep riders, customers and merchants safe, KeriGo will not knowingly accept delivery requests involving the items below. This page expands on section 13 of our Delivery Policy.

- Counterfeit goods, pirated items and fake documents or IDs

Fraud and stolen property
- Stolen goods

Regulated items
Items that need a license, permit, prescription, documentation, age check or special handling are only accepted when those requirements are met, for example:
- Prescription medicines without a valid prescription
- Alcohol and tobacco for buyers below the legal age
- Items that require permits to transport
Items we may decline
We may also decline an item if its packaging, size, weight, condition or nature makes ordinary motorcycle delivery unsafe or impractical, such as items too large or heavy to carry safely, leaking or poorly packed parcels, or anything that could harm the rider or other items.
If you're not sure
This list isn't complete. Ask us before booking if you're unsure about an item. KeriGo may ask for more information, inspect the packaging, or decline a delivery when legality or safety is reasonably in question.
