Before you sign up
Is it really free to join?+
Yes. Joining is free, and there is no monthly fee and no commission for your first 3 months, starting on launch day (January 2027). After that you pick the Basic or Partner Plan, and you can switch or leave anytime.
Who pays for delivery?+
The customer pays the delivery fee. Commission is only on the item subtotal, never on the delivery fee.
How do I get paid?+
Daily payouts through GCash or bank transfer.
Where do the customers come from?+
KeriGo customers who order through the app, website, Messenger or by phone. When they ask a rider to buy food, groceries or other items (pabili), we send the order to a partner store first. Your store also gets its own page on kerigo.ph and a QR standee for walk-in customers.
What if I already have my own rider?+
Keep them. KeriGo adds more reach: customers who find you in the app and on kerigo.ph, delivered by our riders.
What do I need?+
A valid business permit, your menu or product list with prices, and someone to accept orders on a phone within 5 minutes.
Which towns?+
Santa Cruz, Pagsanjan, Lumban and Pila first, then more nearby Laguna towns.
What happens after I sign up?+
We call or text you within 1–2 days, visit to photograph your store and set up your menu (free), give you a 15-minute app training, and you go live on launch day with your Founding badge.
